Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at CalmKinds. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a few extra days; if there's a significant delay, we'll contact you by email.

Delivery time

Most orders to the United States arrive in about 7-16 days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume and location.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate. You can also check status on our Track Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, contact us through our Contact page with your order number (and photos for damaged items). We'll review it and send a replacement or refund.
